What is Capsule CRM? It is a contact management tool (CRM) that can be designed to match how you work. There are different subscription levels for you to choose from, depending on the complexity of your business. If you are starting out and just want somewhere to manage all your contacts and leads, then the free version may work really well for you. If you want more sophisticated sales and delivery processes with the ability to filter and report effectively, then the Starter and Growth plans may be more suitable for you.
