    Typically, I do this over two meetings lasting between 1-2 hours each.
    It also gives you the opportunity to think about your business and where you want to take it.
     

  • This one is really important. You have someone who can run the back-end of Capsule. Ideally, they will be an administrator or assistant who works with you. You don't need the headache of managing new users, or adding new templates, boards or automations. That's not your key area of skill, and is an expensive use of your time. 
    If you need help getting someone, even if it's part-time, I can support you with that.
     

  • You commit to you and your team using it. The benefits of Capsule are enormous and transformative. But only if you use it. Embed it as the backbone of your business. Here’s what both package include (the focus will be either sales or delivery, depending on which area you want to focus on).

All delivered remotely. The plan can be tweaked to suit your needs, but the below is a typical delivery plan:

Week 1 - Map and design

We'll work together to:

  • Understand your business, your goals and map the end-to-end flow.

  • Define key fields, workflows and user roles to ensure Capsule works for you.

  • Audit your current data and identify what needs importing

Week 2 - Data gathering

  • You provide your client or prospect data (ideally in Excel, but other formats are OK)

  • I'll support you with templates and advice on how to extract what’s needed​

Week 3 - Build and test​

I get to work! I'll:

  • Clean, consolidate, and de-duplicate your data

  • Build Capsule for you with the custom fields, tracks, and automations we designed in Week 1

  • Import a test sample of data to make sure it's all going to the right places.

  • Walk you through the system for feedback

Week 4 - Finalise and launch​

  • I'll run test scenarios to make sure the system behaves as expected

  • Make any final refinements

  • Deliver the handover and run team training sessions

  • I will provide recorded training videos for on-going reference

Post go-live support

I won't leave you, never to be seen again! I want to make sure that everything is working as it should. So you'll get two weeks of hands-on support for any questions, tweaks, or clarifications.
